Hospitality at St. Paul’s
Hospitality stands at the heart of parish life at St. Paul’s, as an expression of our faith and fellowship. The Hospitality Committee joyfully brings our parish family together throughout the year, creating spaces where good food and warm conversation nourish both body and spirit.
From cherished traditions like the Annual Parish Meeting Potluck Brunch and Maundy Thursday Simple Supper, to festive gatherings such as the Great Easter Vigil Reception, Spring Choir Concert, Homecoming Luncheon, and Christmas Eve Reception, each occasion reflects the generous hearts of our volunteers and parishioners.
The committee also helps arrange weekly Coffee Hour, where parishioners share homemade or store-bought treats and friendly conversation after worship. Whether you love to cook, set a beautiful table, or simply lend a helping hand, there’s a place for you in this ministry, celebrating community, connection, and God’s abundant grace at St. Paul’s.

Daughters of the King – St. Scholastica Chapter
The St. Scholastica Chapter of the Daughters of the King at St. Paul’s is a welcoming community of women dedicated to prayer, service, and evangelism. Our chapter nurtures one another in faith while serving the parish and wider community through intentional prayer and acts of care.
You’ll find our prayer box and pocket hearts in McEwan Hall, encouraging those seeking prayer, comfort and encouragement. We also hold in prayer those in recovery, especially the AA group that meets at St. Paul’s. In addition, we regularly join hands-on service opportunities, such as volunteering with Loaves and Fishes and supporting our sister parish in LaHoye, Haiti.
We invite all who are drawn to a life of prayer and service to connect with us as we grow together in faith and fellowship.

Liturgical Ministry
The Liturgical Ministry at St. Paul’s plays a vital role in the beauty and reverence of our worship. In partnership with our exceptional Choir, these dedicated ministers help bring each service to life through their faithful service at the altar and within the congregation.
This ministry includes Crucifers, Acolytes, Chalice Bearers, and, on occasion, Thurifers and Vergers, as well as Readers, Live Streamers, Ushers, and Greeters. Each of these roles contributes to the order, flow, and hospitality that make our worship both meaningful and welcoming.
Because these ministries are essential to every service, our volunteers serve regularly and with great devotion. Training and guidance are provided, and new members are always warmly welcomed to join this ministry of presence, service, and worship.

The Altar Guild
The Altar Guild of St. Paul’s is a devoted group of parishioners who serve quietly and faithfully behind the scenes, ensuring that our worship spaces are always prepared with beauty and reverence.
The Guild cares for both the Chapel and the Main Church, preparing them for all services, including Sunday worship, baptisms, weddings, funerals, and other special occasions. Members maintain the sacred vessels, vestments, and linens, and change the altar frontals in accordance with the liturgical calendar and the nature of each celebration.
Following each Sunday’s service, the Guild reverently restores the altars and shares the altar flowers with parishioners celebrating birthdays or anniversaries in the coming week. Twice a year, members gather for the Cleaning of the Silver, held before Advent and before Holy Week. This cherished time of fellowship and service ensures that every vessel shines brightly in readiness for the seasons of worship.
Through their quiet and dedicated service, the Altar Guild upholds the dignity and beauty of worship at St. Paul’s.
