Greetings Saint Paul’s,

Blood Emergency

Critically low blood supplies have prompted the State Department of Health to declare a blood emergency. To help meet the need for blood, St. Paul’s will sponsor a blood drive with the American Red Cross on Tuesday, June 30, 2:00-6:00 pm, in the Blue Room.

An estimated 38 percent of Americans are eligible to give blood or platelets, but of those, fewer than 10 percent actually donate each year. If you are healthy and eligible, please come out to donate. Most donations take about an hour, so book your appointment, roll up your sleeve and become a part of the lifesaving mission of the Red Cross and St. Paul’s.

Donors will also receive an iconic “Join the Celebration” Looney Tunes X Red Cross t-shirt, while supplies last.

AND, during the month of June, Stewart’s Shops will donate a certificate for a free pre-packaged pint of ice cream or gelato to anyone who donates blood at a participating Red Cross location through its Pint For Pint Program.

Please schedule your appointment today!
